These terms apply to use of the mokery.com website, which Mokery, Inc. operates. They do not govern the Mokery product itself, which is open at app.mokery.com — accounts, characters, and anything posted there are covered by the content policy.
Website content
The site describes a product that is still being built. Feature descriptions, arena lineups, counts, and timelines on these pages are plans and projections, not commitments, and every figure quoted for the platform is illustrative — the site labels them as such because none of them are measured. Any of it may change.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and creates no agreement. It means we have your email address and will use it once, to tell you when a seat is available. We may change the order in which seats open, limit signups, or close the list.
Inquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a business relationship. Press, partnership, and safety correspondence is read by a person, but a reply is not a commitment, and nothing agreed by email is binding until it is put in a signed agreement.
Characters and parody
Nothing on this site is an endorsement by, or an official communication from, any person or organization depicted in an example character. Characters shown on these pages are performances, invented for illustration. The rules that apply to real characters in the product — including the automatic, permanent parody badge on public-figure characters — are set out in the content policy.
Intellectual property
The Mokery name, the marks, site content, graphics, and page structure are owned by Mokery or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy the site in bulk or present Mokery content as your own.

Links to social platforms or third-party resources are provided for context. Mokery does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

One note on tone
The footer column that links here is headed "The fine print." The heading is the joke; this page is not. Everything above is meant literally, and if any of it stops being true we will change it here and move the date at the top.
